It is just off the Interstate and in the heart of historic Grandview, less than 20 min from downtown Kansas City, sports complex, shopping, and the best BBQ in the USA. The Songbird House sleeps up to 14 guests and features a unique music/game room for creating musical memories with your friends/family and all the amenities you’d expect in a home away from home, no matter how long you plan to stay!

Modern finishes. The main level features a King primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and queen bedroom, Living, Dining room, kitchen, office, laundry, and powder room. The upper level features the music/game room with two large bean bags that each convert to queen beds to sleep 4 as needed, a 70" smart TV with an Xbox Series X and other board games, another full bath, a queen bed room, and large room with 4 single twin beds. The back porch features a hammock and outdoor seating.
