Come enjoy all that Encinitas has to offer in this lovely Spanish style 3 bedroom, 2 bath home! This newly updated house has designer touches throughout. The home is located in the Poinsettia Park gated community with hiking/jogging paths that meander through the shared neighborhood greenspace.The home requires a 30-night minimum stay and can accommodate up to six guests.
At the entrance, there is a welcoming foyer and living room with lots of comfortable seating and a flagstone fireplace. Past the hallway to the bedrooms, you will find a large chef's kitchen with white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. A convenient breakfast bar seats two and the dining table seats an additional six guests. The sliding glass door leads out to a spacious patio, with lush landscaping surrounding the home, creating a private and relaxing haven. Everything is bright in this home. Vaulted ceilings and skylights bring in even more light. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed shares a bathroom with the second guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom is set up like a den with a comfy futon sofa, a desk workstation and a television. The home is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens and towels. Note, the home does not have air conditioning.
Minutes to local attractions including the San Diego Botanic Garden, Butterfly Farms, San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve and more! It’s also a short drive to popular beach destinations including Grandview, Beacons and Ponto Beach, along with the town’s favorite restaurants, boutiques, breweries and more along Coast Hwy 101. The home is also within a short drive to the shops/restaurants/night life of downtown Encinitas. Easy access to the 5 freeway and Coast Highway, make a quick drive to other San Diego favorites such as shopping, restaurants and destinations such as Del Mar Race Track, La Jolla Shores, historic Old Towne, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, LEGOLAND, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. The minimum age requirement to book the property is 21 years old.
2. Guests must provide proof of ID. If someone else books the home on behalf of another group or individual, the person who made the booking will also need to submit proof of ID.
3. Reservations for 30 nights or longer will be required to sign a Lease Agreement. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation.
4. Payment of the refundable security deposit must be made prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
5. The cancellation policy written in the listing determines the applicable refund based on the cancellation timeframe.
