Our expansive private balcony offers views of downtown Waco and the upcoming Magnolia Hotel. Featuring spacious outdoor living and outdoor dining areas as well as a firepit, it's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax after a day of exploring. In addition to our private balcony, the property also features a shared 3rd floor balcony with an outdoor television and 360 degree views of Downtown Waco.

We have provided sound machines in each bedroom for your convenience but if you are looking for absolute solitude during your stay, you might want to consider a property outside of the downtown area.
