My place is great for families and friends to enjoy Tahoe. Close proximity to the world-renowned North Star Ski Resort. Across the street from national forest and ranger trails that are great for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling. The lake and public beach are about one mile away. All guests will be required to pay $300 security deposit through AirB&B platform prior to receiving the access information. Refunds will be issued after checkout and cleaning crew confirms no damages to the house. A list of all guests names must be provided to host prior to access.
