Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was clean and newly renovated. There was a fun pool area in the garage(but the room needs some fresh air as it is musty smelling-no windows) there was a nice kitchen with eating area, the outdoor grill was very new and nice.

Negative: The property had several issues. There were not enough bath towels, kitchen supplies(DW pods, paper towels, garbage bags) the upstairs bedroom light had no light bulbs, there were no kitchen towels and not enough luggage stands. The location is in a standard neighborhood not close to any services or stores. There was a hot tub but we weren’t able to use it as the majority of towels were wet, not washed and hanging in a closet. Only 4 clean towels were available to use for the hot tub- we were 8 adults. There was a nice outdoor seating area, but no table to eat on. More couches and tables are needed in the living room- there was only one coffee table to place a drink, coffee or plate on in the living room. The rug in the LR rolls up and is a trip hazard. The bedroom pillows need upgrading. There was only one bathroom for the 3 upstairs bedrooms.

Summary: Overall, I think it was overpriced, needs lots of things to make it a value.
