Summary: The only cleanliness issue we had was bugs in the tub, but that is to be expected with a crawlspace. The driveway is EXTREMELY steep, and my sedan bottomed out toward the top of the driveway, but it is long enough that we didn't have to pull all the way up and avoided that after the first day. Definitely use your emergency parking brake. The neighbor has a rooster and there are several vocal dogs. We got used to it. The house itself is super cute and comfortable. Move out instructions are not cumbersome. Bishop Arts, nearby, is a neat little area with restaurants, shops, and music.
