Summary: Property just as described, clean, centrally located, had all the amenities we needed. Only suggestion might be a recliner instead of the desk for a little more comfort seating. Loved the fact it had full kitchen, washer/dryer and roomy shower. Reasonable price, would recommend it to anyone that is looking for housing in Phoenix.
