I am happy to share my home! I created this space perfect for family vacations. This house is perfect for families. The house sleeps 8 -10 ppl comfortably without feeling overcrowded. The space is perfect for cooking large dinners. There is a kids area, game area, outdoor pool, sauna and even a library. This space will fit everyone's needs. I live downstairs and will be available to assist at any time!
Absolutely no parties since we live at the house. Our quiet hours are 8 am - 10:30 am.
The space
The house is over 4000 sqf. There is a lot of space and bathrooms. The place won't feel overcrowded for a large family. There are 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on the main floor, 1 bedroom on the main and 2 powder rooms on the main. There is 1 extra bedroom downstairs with 1 full bathroom. There are two extra showers on the bottom and one toilet.
There are two dining area, game room, children's play area, one large living room, and 1 kitchen. There are two outdoor patio areas. The outdoor pool will be available June - August.
The pool does not have a shallow end. It goes from 4 ft into and then into an 8 ft drop. There are no lifeguards on duty and *kids must be supervised at all times*. The pool is not recommended for children and adults who do not know how to swim.
Guest access
The guests need to park in the garage. Otherwise, it blocks the access of the downstairs tenant.
