Enjoy your visit to San Francisco in this expansive, charming, completely renovated 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath penthouse. My apartment is located on the border between San Francisco’s most desirable, vibrant and centrally located neighborhoods, Noe Valley and the Castro. Noe Valley’s 24th Street offers great family shopping and dining experiences. And the Castro, lively and urbane, features bars, dance clubs, cafes, an historic movie house, ethnic restaurants, yoga and fitness studios and unique stores and boutiques.
My home is professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival, ensuring you have a spotless and welcoming space to enjoy during your stay.
My home is airy, and light filled with an open floor plan. There are several skylights, lots of interesting roof forms, and a deck with excellent city views I live in a part of the home, but your space has a separate entrance and privacy.

As is common in San Franciso, there is no AC. I rely on the prevailing breeze and open windows to cool things down.

- My neighbors are sensitive to noise, so please be quiet and do not use the deck between 9 PM and 7 AM.
- Smoking and parties are not allowed on the property.

- This booking does not include parking, however, there is street parking within 200 yards that does not require a parking permit. Do not leave items in your car.
