Beautiful Condo below Fernie ski hill. Located on the 3rd floor, it is an 8 min walk to the ski hill base, or a 1 min drive. You can ski down to the condo complex at the end of the day.
The unit can sleep 4 comfortably with the queen bed in the bedroom and a Murphy bed in the dining area, and a family of up to 6 with the use of the 1 or 2 sofa beds. There are several summer & winter amenities surrounding the complex. Awesome views. Great spot for year round activities. Downhill skiing, Cross country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, tennis, rafting, fishing, golf and the list goes on and on. BBQ, ski lockers, hot tub, games room, laundry. Also a short walk to hillside restaurants and convenience store, or a 10 min drive into the town of Fernie. We have other HomeAway/VRBO properties that we have been managing very successfully, but this is a new one we have decided to list for our family.We look forward to hosting your mountain getaway, so give us a try.
