Walk down a few steps to the canal and a few houses (7) to the Intracoastal. Only a 10 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico and stump Pass. 10 minute car drive to Englewood Beach, many restaurants close by. No bridges for boates to go under.
Enjoy kayaking. boating /JetSki, paddle board, swimming, restaurants etc.
Heated pool is an extra $75 per week for utilities.
