This newly constructed 5 bedroom - 6 bathroom house features a reverse floor plan with 3 separate ocean view covered decks. With views from virtually every room it will be difficult to figure out which room is your favorite. Entering through the front door your immediately greeted by infinity ocean views through the pocket doors of the family/game room that features a full size pool table, dart board, and LCD TV. This room is the perfect place to entertain and access the rear yard which situated on the bluff overlooking one of the best surfing beaches in California. The spacious rear yard features plenty of room to entertain with multiple seating areas furnished with chaise lounges, two fire pits, bar stools, lounge chairs, a telescoping umbrella and a bocce ball sand plot. There’s additional seating located on the covered rear deck that the entry floor rooms open up to.
The entry floor also contains 2 large ocean view bedrooms with queen size beds and flat screen TVs that share a full bathroom. The master suite is also located on the entry floor with direct access to the rear yard. The master bath features a cast iron claw foot tub with a dual shower glass enclosure. Walk in closet, dual sink with built in vanity with private en-suite complete this spacious master bath. Also located on the first floor is a spacious laundry room with washer and dryer, powder room with access to the dual head outdoor beach shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The oversized 2 car garage with full gym is also accessed through the laundry room.
Walking up the staircase once again your greeted to panoramic ocean views through multiple sets of pocket doors that disappear to take advantage of the spacious covered upper deck. The great room features vaulted beamed ceilings with a huge entertaining area that encompasses the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area features a fireplace with plenty of seating to take advantage of the ability to open up the room to the outdoor deck on two sides. The fully stocked professional grade kitchen features everything you could want to entertain around the massive island. A breakfast nook offers amazing views and more seating. The formal dining room just off the great room features a romantic circular dining experience with panoramic views and soaring wood vaulted ceilings under the houses signature copper covered turret. The “Man Cave” with reclaimed wood walls just off the other side of the great room features a ocean view full wet bar with fireplace and is perfect place to enjoy your evenings. The entire great room opens to an expansive oceanfront deck that features an additional dining space with full BBQ island, outdoor seating area with fire pit. A powder room with reclaimed barn door services this area.
Upstairs there is a second ocean view master bedroom with King bed, sofa, 70” LCD and full bathroom with double sinks and en-suite. There is also a 5th bedroom complete with King bed, couch, LCD TV and full bath.
