Positive: The hotel was located in an area of town with several other hotels, so it felt like the "place to be". The hotel was also near the university, making it easy to visit. The breakfast was decent insofar as can be expected (e.g., cereal, mini doughnuts, bananas, instant oatmeal, yogurt, toast with butter or peanut butter).

Negative: The hotel was being renovated, so the pool was filled with boxes from wall to wall. In the morning, I realized that many of the rooms were empty and in need of repair, which is just what the team of workers in the morning came to start attending to.
