Summary: The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. However we booked a balcony king size room, she asked if we’d like to upgrade to a suite for an extra $20, we said yes. We’ve stayed there in the suite before but this time it was even worse than before. There was no couch in the “living room” area, only two chairs for us to sit on, missing several baseboards, drywall just falling off the wall, the shower could have been better, the TVs were super small(I could barely see tv with my glasses on) and the balcony was dirty. I could go on and on about the room. Will never stay here again, the hotel needs an overhaul.
