The front bedroom overlooks a lovely garden with a fountain, birds, and greenery.From the deck, kitchen, dining room, and living room, the panorama includes includes Mt. Tamalpais, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay Bridge, the Port of Oakland, the Oakland skyline, the San Francisco skyline, Alameda, the Bay's estuaries, and the western hills beyond.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, attractive furnishings, and a Regency gas fireplace for cool evenings.
A flat-screen TV is in the living room, and a flat-screen tv is in each bedroom with DirecTV Premiuim channels.

The large deck extends across the entire back of the home, offering comfortable seating, a dining area, and a grill. One end of the deck is accessed from the primary bedroom. The other end is accessed from the kitchen and features a tall bistro-style table with cushioned chairs for outdoor meals or morning coffee.
The deck also overlooks a lush garden with mature trees, seasonal blooms, and frequent visits from birds, squirrels, and hummingbirds.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, place settings, and basic condiments. Appliances include a vintage Wedgewood stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and Cuisinart drip coffee maker; filters are provided.
Please note: there is no dishwasher. We preserved the charm of the original 1949 kitchen,

Guests have access to a full-size LG washer and dryer, with detergent and softener provided.

Unmetered street parking is generally plentiful, and guests are usually able to park in front of the home.
