Beautiful, Secluded, Safe, Fully Stocked, Comfortable, Newly Renovated, & Close to Public Transportation. In the heart of Silicon Valley with its own private entrance. It's 30 mins. N of San Jose, and 30 mins. S of San Francisco.
We joined as hosts late 2018, and look forward to meeting all of you wonderful people. You will find that our In law unit/studio has been designed so that you will feel right at home. We strive to create a 'home away from home' feel; just the way we would expect from an that we visit.
The guest house was recently renovated. It is fresh, clean, and perfect for guests who want their privacy, work space, and comfort. It has its own entrance, along with a fan, AC, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electrical kettle, toaster, sitting area for eating and/or working, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, and many other amenities you may need.
We welcome you to come share our home in a perfect, quiet neighborhood in Belmont. Our studio is quiet, comfortable and impeccably clean. We just finished a major remodel of the bathroom & bedroom, and the space is clean, bright and private. The room has a Queen size bed, private full bathroom with shower, and a sitting area. The kitchenette is also well-stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, cups, plates, wine glasses, and flatware.
We are centrally located to just about everything the Bay Area has to offer. We are close to public transportation (across the street) and major freeways, as well as San Francisco (30 minutes), and San Jose (30 minutes). We are in Silicon Valley, and are 5 minutes away from Hillsdale Mall, Oracle and Redwood Shores, 20 minutes from Stanford University, 20 minutes from SFO and 30 minutes from SJC airports. Plus only 20 minutes from the beaches in Half Moon Bay.
Belmont has its own charming main street within walking distance, however, a short 10 minute drive away going North, you will find downtown San Mateo. San Carlos is also a crowd pleaser, being a 10 minute drive away going South. San Carlos is known as the city of "Good Living". Both the San Mateo and San Carlos Downtowns, have a full variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, and boutiques. All are very safe places on the Peninsula.
We are a multi-lingual household; Kai speaks English, Farsi, and German. Lobat speaks English, Farsi, and a little French. We eat healthy, exercise often, and lead very busy lives, yet still find time to play tennis, ski, bike ride, and enjoy other outdoor activities.
In addition to what is mentioned above, we also provide a complimentary wine to Welcome you to our home.
