The house is situated only minutes from Pepperdine University, and easy access to UCLA and USC, the 10, 405 and Los Angeles airport.

NOTE: Bedroom 4 is a an open loft and does not have room darkening.
Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $395 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.
There is no beach access directly from my property. The beach conditions in the area are controlled by Mother Nature. The amount of dry sand and exposed rocks at the beaches near the residence can vary greatly and can depend on the tide and currents at the time of your stay.
