The swimming pool does have a heater. It heats the pool at a rate of about 3 degrees per hour. Please plan accordingly. These heaters malfunction spontaneously from time to time. If the heater malfunctions this is not a cause for cancellations or reimbursement of any kind. There is a fee per day to heat the pool.
Great vacation home the whole family can enjoy. This home has four bedrooms with a king size bed in each room. Each bed has a memory foam Matress. There are 2 sofas in the family room, 2 sofas and 2 recliners in the theater. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes and cooking utensils. Stop off at the grocery store just a few blocks away. Open kitchen and family room creates a great place to gather. The back yard has an awesome swimming pool, firepit, sunbathing, gazebo area and a full-length covered patio. There is a BBQ for outdoor cooking! This home is super close to the home of the Cardinals State Farm Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District where you can shop, dine, catch a movie, attend a sporting event, hockey game, or a concert and just minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex. So much to do!! Located just a mile off the 101 freeway, access is super easy. Come put your feet up at the firepit, play some pool, cook some burgers and relax for a weekend or a week!
There is a full-size washer and dryer for use. We leave some laundry soap for you and a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Depending on how long you stay, you may need to pick up supplies. When you arrive, there will be water bottles in the fridge and a few snacks on the counter. There is coffee, creamer, sugar and sweetener ready for your morning coffee. All the comforts of home!!
