Walking/biking distance to AZ Diamondbacks, SF Giants and Colorado Rockies Spring Training Fields. Also walking distance to Chaparral park - see below link - (only four houses from the park) with tons of jogging, walking trails and softball fields. Also within walking distance is the Scottsdale Fashion Square and all Old town Scottsdale has to offer. Minutes from the Butterfly World museum, Aquarium, Top Golf and Talking Stick Resort Casino. Complimentary pickup from Olly the Trolly' will take you to Old Town Scottsdale. (Pick up location is at the end of the street.) This rental includes incredible furnishings with a Tempurpedic King and 'Heavenly Bed' queen mattress and two twin beds in the guest rooms. Full kitchen, living room and dining area.
