Private 36' U dock for boat parking, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat and rafts for relaxing in bay after full day on the water. Great fishing right off the dock or hop in the boat for a full day of it. Then come home to a 42" switch operated, efficient fireplace that is instantly hot with a flip of a switch- warm & easy. Fully stocked kitchen amenities & appliances. 60" smart TV in great room and 42" smart TV in master w/ wireless internet. No local TV channels but over 100 channels provided through smart TV. 2 King bedrooms & 3rd room has 2 bunk beds. Converted garage w/ ping pong table, additional refrigerator and stereo system for game night! Our home is about 15 minutes from fast water. Not wheelchair accessible and no pets allowed.
