This golf-course-front townhouse includes all the comforts of home, from central air conditioning to a private washer/dryer. Spend your mornings preparing breakfast in the fully appointed kitchen and your afternoons sipping cold drinks, sharing appetizers, and watching passing golfers from the table and chairs outside on the deck. Free WiFi and a flatscreen TV are provided for your evening entertainment as well.

*Ocean Pines properties offer options to purchase a parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association. For more information on available package options, pricing, and pool hours, contact the Ocean Pines Association directly at 410-641-7717.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
